Merging you

We must have expansion with contraction. So as we grow wider and wider,we grow higher and higher.

Wider means blending into everything and everyone. Going higher means that as we evolve, you blend in with that highest part of us.

Now the contraction is going into ourselves. When we go into that space of silence and we pull everything that we are into that one tiny little electron. It is a process that sometimes we are in both at the same time.

As we breathe, more often we are able to separate the two energies on a more frequent basis. When we pray we contract into that space oursleves , looking for that deeper meaning and reuniting with that tiny particle that all is the universe.

When we meditate we expand, and allow ourselves to open to the unknown moving beyond our bodies and uniting with all dimensional spaces. We are that with every moment.

We are the sun and moon; dark and light;inhale and exhale.

Breathe in and feel that expansion of your being……going beyond you. And then…breathe out and feel the contraction…going deeper into you.

Ah…………………………we are that stardust and the earth’s dust…………………….we are that and all there is.
