Life is really about being flexible. We must be able to shift and move quickly and easily; to let our spirits soar and our essence of our true self to be free. If we feel as if we are in tangles and chains, bonded to an old sense of being, we experience a closing in of everything around us. We feel like we are enclosed in a box with no air holes.
When we are able to expand beyond our limits; we break open like the cracking of an eggshell and rebirth happens. Something clicks and we can push on and create new ripples in forward motion.
It’s like a fresh Spring breeze flowing through the heart.
You feel the rhythm of you.
You feel the support of the Universe behind you all the way.
You feel alive, reconnected, and vital.
It’s time to jump through the hoops and cross the hot coals knowing all is well.
