The meaning of life through a raindrop

 

In the cold and the rain I was called outside. 

It was to create the connection to the wind and water showering upon my divine presence.

It was to help me remember that I am alive and here on earth.

It was for me to just feel the pure elemental force through the magic of the weather.  

I was refreshed and exhilarated all in one motion.

I felt like a bird being rejuvenated as water blessings fell upon me.

I could sense my life’s energy at work; the oneness of the All.

This little raindrop is part of a bigger plan and is simply the plan.

This lovely divine creation is made up of thousands of golden particles as well as makes up thousands of golden particles.

It is the creator and the creator.

I am the same.

I am the creator and the created.

I am the link and the linked.

This wonderful raindrop is all of me and none of me at the same time.

I am all of me and none of me at the same time.

 Imagine that?

THE JOURNEY OF LIFE STARTS WITH ONE RAINDROP.

THEN SUDDENLY........there  is a DOWNPOUR.

This raindrop could change your entire life.

It did mine today.

I wrote this and remembered my life as God.

I AM NO-thing

The magic of this universe makes my heart sing.

It flows through every particle that makes up anything and everything.

Now to take it even deeper….every particle makes up NO- thing as well.

EVERY –thing is made up of No-thing .

NO-thing is made up of everything.

I expand all concepts and open myself to an ever increasing awareness to the biggest part of me.

It is the place where marvels rush in and all the secrets come gushing into my hands  like a wild  rapid stream.

I break open wide and discover age old magnificent answers swirling around to recreate all that I have ever been and truly am; that I am.

I align with this truth.

I Rejoice

Today in the most wonderful way, I rejoice.

I am filled with the immovable power of God pushing me forward to achieve my goals.

The goals and visions that I see for myself are truly the dreams of all others for we are one great interconnection of the divine spirit lifting each other up.

I allow the presence of the divine to fill me up until I overflow with such a waterfall of joy that it gushes through every essence of my being.

This extreme deluge of power floods my soul and rushes through every particle that makes me up…matter into form and form into matter; the exchange of energy where neither is created nor destroyed. It just is.

With this ignition, I sense a motion; a movement beyond all movements, as I easily glide downstream to the fullness of inspiration and creation.

Through this great spirit, I am an unstoppable force in this universe.

Through this movement, I touch all hearts with my knowingness,  that  I am here to serve, to be and to love.

I allow this so I may summon I am.

I am the greatness and the wisdom of the eternal one.

I walk with courage and strength with the love of God.

I  Release from my Mind  to Live in the Greater Me

I am grateful for the blessings in my life for everything that I have is a blessing no matter what my perception wants to say.

No matter what my personality deems as good or bad is truly a blessing from the divine for me to fulfill

each step of this journey.

As I write from my heart, I feel the breath of each moment………………………ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh…..now BREATHE.

In the heart space, I feel that expansion into the light, and there I go.

I walk away from the mind forever wanting and whining……………………to jumping into the waters of the heart waves eternally smiling, and graciously accepting joy filled appreciation and illumination of my spirit.

How simple this is.

I give it up….holding on to the reins of this horse driven thought process to a process of the golden vortex spiraling around me second by second as the sunshine of God’s heart, now showers upon my holy existence.

I release from my mind the smaller space to realize I am the greatest me right here right now.

No-thing has ever changed.

I am the same energy that lived before in a higher dimension.

Only this time…….I dance upon the earth in a physical vessel so I may create a faster motion of transformation through my own boundless and prolific power.

Today is Jelena’s birthday. May she be forever blessed.

Jelena is pronounced Yelena and is written as Jeлeнa in Serbian, her native tongue.

 

 It means shining light!

 

 What a shining brilliant light she is!!!!

 

 Jelena has been a wonderful influence in my life. I met her radiant essence several years ago when Dr. Pillai came to Naples for the Grace Light Empowerment Program. Then a few months later, I went to India.  Little did I know, that my life was about to transform in numerous ways and Jelena was there to guide me. Jelena shared so much wisdom and grace with me through the trip. Jelena has truly helped me be who I am today.  

 

 

I asked Jelena about the things that bring her joy.  Jelena  loves  yoga, qi gong, tai chi, meditation, swimming, walking, spending time with her dog, Neela and her friends, being in nature, visiting holy spots throughout the world, meditation, singing bhajans (Indian traditional music), playing with children, rollerblading, eating delicious food, and being with saints.

 

 

With a voice of an angel, and a soul of a saint, Jelena shares her love for our world through her radiance. 

Jelena has so many lovely gifts and talents. She is a certified hatha yoga instructor. Jelena says I love to help people improve their lives through all yogic methods from breathing techniques to meditation to asanas. To open their hearts, she uses various methods from Siddha Medicine, tai chi & qi gong as well as bhajans as music is healing. Her passion is also to bring people to Buddhist & Hindu temples and to explain to them how to worship with devotion. Jelena’s illuminating heart assists others to connect with their spiritual power and inner light. 

 

 

Jelena has a unique message to share with the world. She believes a person must “Dive within to self-realize.”  Jelena says to be who you are for you are a beautiful, unique being. Just shine your light and others will help you manifest your desires. 

Jelena first connected with her higher power as a child while swimming in the Adriatic Sea. She does not recall her exact age when she experienced that moment, for she simply felt oneness and the love and beauty in everything. 

The event that sparked Jelena’s connection to her divine power was when she met Amma, Mata Amritanandamayi, in San Ramon, CA in 2000. Amma helped her see through awareness that there was a much bigger part of her than she had ever imagined. Amma opened her heart and her desire to serve all humanity. Another powerful Guru, Dattatriya Siva Baba, was also instrumental in Jelena’s personal growth and transformation. He introduced Vedic Astrology/Jyotish, the teachings of Swami Ramalingam/Vallalar as well as karma busting and powerful meditation techniques to Jelena in 2004. This helped her find “home” in the Tamil Siddha lineage and opened up many doors. For several years afterwards, Jelena learned the wonders of astrology, Hindu deities, bhakti yoga (path of devotion) and Sri Vidya.  Through Baba’s grace and blessings, Jelena was fortunate to go on several pilgrimages to some of south India’s holiest spots such as Rameshwaram, Devipuram, Chidambaram and Arunachala. She also had the privilege to spend several months in Baba’s ashrams in India and San Diego during which she attended homas daily and underwent an intense cleansing process that helped her evolve spiritually. While Baba’s student, Jelena also got to see and experience much of what was in her unconscious mind, “the blockages,” the negative gunk/junk that stems from victim consciousness mentality: anger, resentment, fear, doubts, lack of self-love/acceptance, etc. After leaving the ashrams, Jelena chose to return to the East Coast and to continue her studies, growth and service. She quickly discovered Archarya Sri Deepa Jothi Ma who introduced her to many healing techniques from the 18 Siddhar tradition. Because of the quantum leaps she experienced, in February 2012, Jelena enrolled as a student in the Siddha Applied Science Institute (SASI) under direction of 2 Malaysian Siddha Masters, Sri Pranaji and Master Raj. In March 2012, Jelena discovered Dahn Yoga and added that to the list of “things to master.” As one can expect, Jelena is always focused on growing, glowing and getting better!!!  

Jelena was a foster Mom to her dog, Neela and her 2 puppies; Tara and Leela two and a half years ago. This made her realize how much love, patience, playfulness and nurturing was inside of her. She focused on raising the puppies for the 4 weeks that they were with her, waking every night when they made a noise or fell out of their doggy bed. Jelena never knew that she had that capacity until that moment. When the puppies left, she felt a deep despair. Yet soon after their leaving, all of her love transferred to Neela. She is now her best friend and the entire experience created a milestone in  Jelena’s life. She and Neela communicate telepathically and deeply love one another. Jelena says " She's my soulmate and my greatest teacher.”  

 

For most of Jelena’s life, she has been an emotional eater. It is a great honor that Jelena shared this very private information about herself.  When she was stressed, over-worked, upset, unhappy, she would just eat junk food and drink lots of Coca-Cola, often consuming 2 liters a day. In 2005, after losing her job, she went from being a vegetarian and a super yogi (doing 90+ minutes of yoga daily) to dropping it all and going from a size 8 to a size 22 in one year. Her battle with weight has gotten better since she has begun a regular meditation practice and learned to process and release her negative emotions and feelings much quicker. Still, she is a gourmand, so she is constantly watching her portions and what she is consuming to make sure it's healthy.  This has been one of Jelena’s biggest challenges. She is now soaring through this situation with flying colors!!!   

 

Jelena’s life formula:

Jelena’s most beloved mentor is Amma, Mata Amritanandamayi. She hugs thousands of people a day and has inspired millions throughout the world to serve those in need. When she is around her, she is all love and service. As each person in our life reflects us, so this certainly mirrors Jelena’s gentle kind loving spirit.  

 

Since her meeting Amma, Jelena has served for many non-profits and reached out personally to help many individuals on several continents. She meditates daily, does yoga, and eats vegetarian food.  She is a kinder, better and a more loving compassionate being. 

 

Her family has not accepted her career or her lifestyle choices. She is the only individual in her extended family to be spiritual and to be practicing yoga, so no one understands her since they are very focused on the material world and the family. Rising above the past generation financially and having children has always been their top priority.  Jelena prefers enlightenment and then, possibly having children if that is God's will.  Jelena is truly living through some similar challenges that a large percentage of  lightworkers are working through their own lives at this time.  

 

Jelena believes that the Golden Age is inside all of us. This is her belief about the Golden Age, and the shift in December 2012.  When we awaken, we will all experience the Golden Age. Jelena’s belief is that 2012 is a year like any other until each of us self-realizes. She says that “we must be dedicated, disciplined and do our practices. Once we awaken, we are to help others do the same!!!”

 

“As ye are lifted so shall the world be lifted, as ye thinketh so shall ye liveth.”

 

Jelena explains this statement in her own words:

 

“When one energetically becomes stronger, they vibrate at a much higher rate and emanate positive thoughts, compassion, and love. They then develop siddhis that can heal others and bring much light into the world. The power of their word manifests quickly. So, the more evolved we become, the better reality we'll create for ourselves and others.”

Meet My July Phoenix Beloved Tina Sarup, Angel and Faerie Healer Extradonaire and so much more

 

On this journey sometimes we are blessed with souls that are so magical and marvelous that words are not enough to describe their energy. Tina is one of those souls. Through the Facebook Group; Inner Light Heals founded by Narmada Pratap Singh, Tina and I have been linked together through a divine calling. We were gifted to be partners on this great team of light workers.

I asked Tina some questions. One of them was what kinds of things bring her joy?  Here is her response:

Tina told me that just being alive at this glorious time of change on planet Earth is enough for anyone open to the light to feel joyous.  She said that there is so much to be excited about as nature is transforming right in front of us. She loves seeing people opening to what she likes to call “the miracle of life “when they realize the possibilities that lie within them and in their futures as they become positive and excited about that. She then feels happy. She loves making people happy and if it was up to glorious Tina she would have every single person in this world smiling and happy. Isn’t that a lovely thought?  This is just a prelude to Tina. Please keep on reading. You will be touched and so inspired by this sacred channel of the light.

I then asked Tina about her gifts and services that she shares with the world. Tina explained that she is a channel of the light. She uses the messages of the great ones in service to the world. Tina said that she is trained in many, many things.  Tina said, “ I suppose God made me a curious being that was keen to learn all that came my way.”

She has been led by the angels. She received her training in Angel Therapy by Charles Virtue. After a year of conducting workshops related to basic angel training, the angels still had plans for more expansion for Tina. She went back and completed her advanced training with Charles Virtue. Tina is also trained in advanced Oracle Card Reading through Denise Linn. By sharing readings with others, Tina has discovered how a simple card reading can transform a person’s life. She just loves doing readings and speaking in person as well as on radio shows. Since her Childhood she always had a special connection to the Elemental World especially to the faeries. As years went on, she discovered that she had faerie energy somewhere within her soul. Tina loves to expand and grow so she trained with World Renowned Teacher Ronni Houseman Hall to give faerie healings and classes to those eager to connect with these enchanting ones of light. As time went on, during her nights, she felt herself moving into the Etheric Realms in the Akashas, the great hall of soul records. She knew that more information was opening for her so she then studied the works of Linda Howe and became an Akashic Records Reader.  Also, Tina channels reiki energy through sharing the art of chi balls. Tina is also trained in past life regressions.  Tina is a potpourri of wisdom and magic offering channeled messages from the great ones, and meditations.  She loves leading meditations on whatever topic that comes through in the moment for there is so much power in groups that come together for a common purpose. Tina says, “All I can say is that I am open to however Spirit uses me through writing poems and articles, leading mediations, conducting workshops, doing an oracle reading or healing session for someone. I hope all who come, go away empowered and cleansed”.

Tina has a unique outlook. When someone calls Tina special or extraordinary, she turns around and says “so are you, though you do not see it.”

 She believes that everyone is special and extraordinary. Tina shares that everyone has something that is needed and that is beautiful. They would not be here at this time if they did not have gifts to share with the world.

 Tina connected with her higher power at 8 years old. She was aware that she was different from others. She could see faeries in her backyard. She thought that everyone could see the beautiful orbs of light and the twinkling ones on the flowers .She would talk to them for hours. She would also see angels behind people and even told an uncle friend of her dad one night not to go on a trip that he was considering the next day. He dismissed her warning and that day when he was on his trip, a landslide occurred. She always felt a pull towards God and all things spiritual, never doubting her maker. “It was like breathing to me”, Tina said.

Tina explains that her greatest awakening came from her greatest tragedy. She was hospitalized and very close to death. When she came out of surgery, while still under medication, she saw Archangel Michael. He told Tina, “you are not done yet. You have immense service to perform for mankind”.

She remembers this experience so clearly as if it happened yesterday. She still hears his voice in her mind to this day. At that time Tina had no idea about Archangel Michael. She simply remembered his sword vividly and focused on that. Out of curiosity and excitement, she searched on the internet to find out about him. She was amazed at the visitation that she had. From then on, she knew that God had spared her for something wonderful. One day she went to the bookstore to look into spiritual books about missions and such. As she was looking at Brian Weiss books on past lives and how they affect present incarnations, a book fell on her lap as if someone lifted it and placed it there. It was Doreen Virtue’s, Healing with the Angel’s book. That event sent Tina on a path of learning and connecting to the angels. This finally opened her to her grand role as a light worker.   A milestone was achieved when Tina opened to her larger reason; her larger goal for existing on planet Earth. She then understood her mission. At that moment, she crossed into a new dimension of living that very day.

Tina has a lovely way of working through her challenges. She acknowledges a problem and being honest; brutally honest with herself, she then asks her guides, angels and masters for healing and messages to change her perspective of the situation. She also uses the oracle cards to see what guidance she receives from the angels and higher beings. She then does a meditation and healing to rectify that part of her spirit that created the problem. Keeping the attitude of “ keep on keeping on”  and always keeping in her mind that she is not here to react but to serve no matter how hard her own self makes it for her mission Tina shares, “I keep on reminding myself of my mission…. always my mission “.

Tina is a real mover and shaker. Belief and faith and just blind trust have helped her reached her goals. She asks the angels for assistance and then prepares to receive the gifts they have for her.

“Being human I do slip from time to time into doubt and fear,” Tina says.” I always turn to Archangel Michael asking him to be my strength to boost my faith when it is faltering.  I then just enjoy the achievement before it has come, looking at all of my coming days with joyous expectation. I also act on guidance received like some action I am supposed to take immediately and without any question. It has yielded amazing results quickly. No matter how absurd the advice happens to be…. I follow it.”

Tina has had amazing teachers. Her all-time favorite teacher is Doreen Virtue though she has never met her in person. She loves Doreen’s work; her meditations, her books and her oracle cards are a profound part of her life. It is her books that sparked her spirit and set her on her journey to working with the angels. She began, first for herself. Now, she is in service to others. She also loves the work of Denise Linn. Another teacher she adores is the Queen of Affirmations, Louise Hay. She has been so blessed by so many wonderful teachers that have appeared at the right time and have guided her in the right direction. She also wants to acknowledge the founder of Inner light Heals, Narmada Pratap Singh. H is a true angel and our glorious mentor.  If there ever was a true earth angel, Narmada would be the one. Through working with him, she has been profoundly moved and eternally changed.  I surely agree.

Doreen Virtue has truly affected her life. She is her idol of what a true lightworker should be. She is so profound, so gifted, so loving, and so generous. That inspires Tina to be her best self and to use her gifts to enrich the lives of others. She has also learned that being spiritual is not being boring but enjoying life in all the expression of life in whatever ways it surrounds you. Playing is joyous. Joy is the most perfect way she can think of to pray to God. Doreen has taught her that. Tina also aspires to create cards, meditations, and books to bring the angels and spirit beings into people’s daily lives. At this time, Tina has a lovely deck of angel cards. They are called Graceful Blessings of the Angels. I have this deck. It is a lovely deck filled with grace, love and true inspiration. As so many light workers experience, Tina’s family has not been too open to Tina’s life path. The men of her family, her father and brother dismiss her life and work by calling it fantasy, hogwash and a way to cope .Her brother says angels and faeries are not real and that they are imaginary creatures. Her brother laughs at anything she tries to tell him most of the time. Her mom  however has come to lean on her due to some changes in the family dynamic. Her mom has had some magical divine synchronicities happen when she  has called on the angels. Her mom is Tina’s  greatest support. She now has her very own set of angel cards and also joins in sometimes on the weekly free webinars that Tina gives from Inner Light Heals. Without her mother it would be hard for her to do her service work. She is Tina’s foundation and her strength. 

Tina feels that the Golden Age ,  2012 is the doorway; the portal to bringing true HEAVEN ON EARTH. She feels the true Golden Age’s movement has already begun.What she does understand is that the Golden age will be a time when everything will be ideal on Earth. Everyone alive will enjoy true economic prosperity and complete abundance in all aspects of their life., There will be harmony and love in all interactions between people, in individual relationships, and also on a global scale between countries.  She feels that the weather will become temperate and ideal all year long and all parts of nature will shine as flowers and vegetation will be lush and plentiful.  She also feels that people will live longer healthier lives. The spiritual gifts that are only open in some right now, will open in all, as we rise up through the dimensions. She sees that intuitive skills will awaken that we currently don’t use like telepathy. She also shares that Etheric tools and spiritual beings will walk hand in hand with those incarnated in an effortless manner as the veil keeps getting thinner and eventually disappears.

“Every way life will be idyllic and heavenly recreating the Golden Age of Atlantis again but with no ego affecting human decisions.

 This time all people in this new world will be carrying wise lessons from the previous golden age that the planet once knew”.

“I feel your environment, your immediate environment; the people that you are surrounded by, the activities you engage in, really reflect where your spirit and focus lies. As a lightworker, one is dedicated to God and his loving plans for all of us. I try to always keep working on keeping my energy pure, refined and loving. I know when I raise my frequency I also raise the vibration of where I am, who I meet, as well as whatever activity I engage in. We are all here on earth essentially as one soul; one giant heartbeat bound together.
